Jonah made a difficult task easy. He listened to us and our perspective; educated us with his sales and financial market experience; and worked to ensure we had a clear, agreeable way forward. He improved our confidence with a plan-of-action and next-steps if we needed to shift or make adjustments. Jonah always answered or acknowledged texts/emails within minutes?days, nights and weekends?and never handed us off to another. He provided an easy app tool to follow our house viewing schedule and activities and he called us regularly to provide updates and feedback for each showing. Jonah aggressively advertised and used his wide network to reach other brokers and ensured that our house was ready before each showing and properly secured after each showing. Jonah is energetic and enthusiastic at his core job, which made a difference, but hes also very kind and attentive. In our absence, he regularly stopped to check that everything was in order at the house, e.g., no running water, no visible signs of damage, lights off, etc. Against rising interest rates and inflation, bad time of the year, etc., Jonah worked hard and delivered in less than two weeks.
