He was able to come to our current home, give us tips on how to stage/upgrade as needed prior to listing and then got our house sold in 3 days with multiple above list offers! We never even needed an open house, just had showings throughout one weekend. Once we selected an offer to accept he was able to secure us a multi-month rentback to ensure we could find a new home so we didnt have to rent in the middle. It just kept getting better! Then we moved to the looking side of our equation where Jonah was always available to show us houses whenever we were free. Being a couple with alternate schedules and a toddler it wasnt always the most convenient times either. We were very surprised that we found a house super quickly and were able to put in an offer a couple of days later that was accepted! Jonah was there every step of the way and even suggested a great inspector and lender for our new home! We ended up closing on our old house and 9 days later being able to close on the new home! Turns out we didnt need the rent back after all, all thanks to Jonah! He was great every step of the way!

He helped guide us in performing the right upgrades and updates, after which it sold very quickly. Jonah was right there every step of the way, always upbeat, providing encouragement and a willingness to go the extra mile. Another member of his Smart Move Group team, James Nicholson, also joined in the effort and was invaluable in keeping in close touch with the buyers agent and working out details between contract and closing. Together, Jonah and James were an unbeatable team. There was not much negotiation to do in the end because we had great buyers and everything was very quick and smooth, but were sure both men would have excelled there as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I first encountered the Taylors in late December 2015 when I saw their exquisite Daniels renovation. I had never seen anything like it ? unlike other renovations which used generic, discounted materials, the Taylors? renovation was high-end and stylish. They have a keen ability to re-imagine a space, moving walls, adding/subtracting doors or windows, etc. in such a way that the finished product looks as if it should have always been that way. Their attention to detail is impressive?I never cared for laundry rooms until I saw how masterfully they organized the Daniels laundry room, with a large sink, lovely granite countertops (that matched the kitchen & bathrooms) for folding, wood-tile heated flooring, space for hanging garments and maximization of storage space with cabinetry. They really think of the people who will be utilizing the space on a practical, day-to-day basis while delivering a timeless, elegant product in the homes they create. Though my husband and I were not quite ready to purchase the Daniels house, I knew I wanted to contract with the Taylors for buying our next home as well as preparing and selling our jointly owned family home. As we were looking to move to an area in which turn-key homes were generally out of our budget, I knew we had to be open to fixer-uppers. With the Taylors, I was no longer afraid of buying a total fixer-upper because I was confident in their ability to transform such a house into our dream house. Jonah was always so very prompt at setting up showings for any properties I expressed interest in as well as suggesting potential listings. Though we ended up finding (and buying) a home that was fairly turn-key and within budget, there are still projects down the road I would like to complete and will definitely seek out the Taylors to do them. With regard to the jointly owned family home I had to sell, the Taylors helped us every step of the way. The house was quite dated and in need of major repairs, for which Jen helped to prioritize as to those that would yield the best return on investment for our budget (new roof, flooring and paint for a 3200 sq ft house). With their cache of contractors and tradesmen, the Taylors coordinated the entire process for us to be as quick and painless as possible. Our home was especially tricky to sell, as it is a contemporary in a sea of colonials in an area with little comparables from which to draw. Coupled with multiple family members weighing in, the Taylors were especially patient and professional throughout the selling process, leaving no stone unturned with regard to potential buyers, such that we were finally able to sell the house. Their thoughtfulness did not end there, though, as they gave us each mugs with a photo print of our home on it at closing, for they knew that that house contained years of memories for us. In sum, I definitely recommend Jonah and Jen Taylor for all your home needs. Whether it be renovating an existing home, selling or buying a home, this couple has the energy, drive and vision to make your wishes a reality.
