I came to Royal with a 6-8 week timeline to find and close on a house in the suburbs. I needed someone who was available and flexible, who could move at a quick pace, and who knew enough about the areas I was interested in to help me narrow my search enough to meet my timeline.Royal was all of these things and more! He knew my timeline was tight, and made himself available to accommodate. He helped me validate my list of homes I wanted to see so I could focus on seeing only the properties that were true candidates. As a first time home buyer, he went the extra mile to explain and educate me on the process - steering me away from potentially problematic homes for things I could have been naive about. Royal is one of the BEST agents you will find in Chicagoland area. He is truly professional and has outstanding negotiation skills. I called him in first week of January. Gave him basic information what I wanted and told him that I need to move by Feb end. If I cannot find a place in 15 days, I will be renting. He sent me a few places to look at and over the first weekend we saw a few. He got a better idea on what we wanted. He sent us a few more places to look at and in the second tour we really liked a place.The place was priced a little higher what we were willing to pay and what the comparables were. Royal did an outstanding job in doing the market research. He told us exactly what the market conditions are, what price similar properties sold for and where we should start the offer at.Without going into details, he was able to get us the place at the price we wanted. He even talked to seller agent a couple of times before the offer was accepted and got our message through. We were able to close the negotion in about 7-10 days. Once the offer was accepted he did everything for us. I had a very busy office schedule so I trusted him for attorney, Home inspection etc. He even got our HVAC inspection since it was unclear after the home inspection if there was a problem or not. Long story short, if you are still deciding on the agent or what place you want, then stop everything and contact Royal. You will not find a more professional agent.
