I chose Roman Lopez Realtor because of his professionalism, strong understanding of the local market, and clear plan for selling my home. From the beginning, he listened carefully, communicated openly, and made me feel confident that I was in capable hands. What I valued most was his attention to detail, availability, and ability to get results. He guided me through every step, answered my questions promptly, and sold my home in no time. His dedication and expertise exceeded my expectations. My advice to anyone considering buying or selling a home is to work with Roman Lopez. Trust his experience, follow his recommendations, and communicate openly about your goals. He will work hard on your behalf and make an important life transition feel manageable. I highly recommend him!

Roman made buying a home such a smooth experience. He handled much of the heavy lifting and kept us as stress-free as possible through the whole process. His knowledge of neighborhoods and the real estate market all around Austin (both North and South) was such a huge help. I'm still so impressed by how hardworking he and his team are and would highly recommend them! Roman is as professional as they come and is my first call when it comes to buy or sell properties in the future!

Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lot of miscommunication. I clearly stated what I was looking for, yet I continued to receive information and options I had already said I wasnt interested in. I was also told a specific time frame for when an agent would reach out, and that commitment was not met. Additionally, during a phone call there was excessive background noise. I brought it up at the time, but it was ignored. When conducting calls, especially with customers, this should be handled more professionally. Overall, the lack of clear communication and follow-through was disappointing.

Roman is the best!! He helps us to buy our home, and you will be impressed by all the knowledge he has,( During the process, he asked questions I would have never thought about making possible the best deal!!) He was always above and beyond contacting the contractor and keeping us updated. It was a pleasure to work with him.
