The Riddle Group at eXp Realty

Everyone on Kodis team was amazing and wonderful to work with!! We so appreciated the help they gave us in identifying and closing on our home in Phoenix. The team worked very hard for us and the level of service was more than we couldve hoped for! We appreciate everything Kodi and her team did ~ including how incredible and hard-working Sandy was and how detailed and thorough Hogan was for us. Thank you, Sandy and Hogan! We look forward to working with this team again in the future!!

Kodi was highly professional, thoughtful, and motivated during the home-buying process. Over a period of around 6 months, Kodi and her team helped me relocate to an exceptional spot from out-of-state. Even though The Riddle Group and I were physically distanced by thousands of miles and multiple time zones away, they never created a gap in communication. I felt like their team really cared about me and my goals. I would absolutely recommend their services to anybody looking for real estate in the area!

Kodi and her team took care of all the logistics and made me feel confident through the process of buying my condo! I would highly recommend using the Riddle team when purchasing or selling your home!

Ross did an outstanding job listening to our needs and pivoting when we totally filled our desires in a different direction and found us a lovely home. Hogan was very good at communicating and working with us during the buying process.

Kaydee was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always made me feel like I was a priority. More importantly, she went to bat for me several times throughout the process and truly advocated for my best interests. Selling a home can be stressful, but Kaydee made the entire experience much smoother. I always felt informed, supported, and confident that she was looking out for me. Id absolutely recommend Kaydee Wilson and The Riddle Group to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.
