We interviewed her over the phone and she gave thoughtful but honest answers and provided follow-on material to help us decide. Her team came to the house and met with us to help us assess what price we should ask for the 23yr-old home that had few updates over the years. They were forthright about what we could expect and the challenges we would face with the condition of the home. They had an excellent marketing plan and got lots of traffic through the home. The feedback they collected and shared with us allowed us to understand where we stood with potential buyers. In the end, they helped us negotiate with multiple offers to get our asking price. They then helped us through the inspection process and negotiation. When things got bumpy they listened to us and helped us navigate the best course of action under the circumstances. In the end, when there was an unexpected leak in the house, they helped us minimize the cost of repairs by bringing in a fantastic guy to help us find a solution that would satisfy the buyers.
