I had a wonderful experience working with Kodi Riddle and her team. Since I was moving from NYC and not very familiar with Arizona, I had a million questions about neighborhoods, schools, activities, commute times, etc. Fortunately, Kodi was very knowledgeable about all of these topics. Since this was my first home buying experience, I was initially very nervous, but Kodi and her team were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Kodi was exceptionally thorough in researching properties that met my needs, and she provided me with excellent advice about market trends and tips on assessing the quality of a house. Additionally, I faced several unforeseeable delays in my search for a new home (including a snowstorm and flight cancellations), but Kodi was very patient, and adjusted her schedule to accommodate my needs. Furthermore, Kodi proved to be a shrewd negotiator and resolved what could have been a very intense legal battle with a homeowner who decided not to sell after we entered contract. Overall, I would give Kodi and her team an A+, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a realtor.

We knew from the first day onward, that we were in excellent hands with Riddle Realty! We worked with Lisa Lanke during the search for our perfect house, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the entire process, and she quickly learned exactly what we were looking for. Lisa was very responsive when we had questions, and made herself available whenever we requested to see a house. Her patience was something we definitely appreciated as well...we looked for quite a while to find the house that was right for us, and she never rushed us or tried to pressure us into a house that wasn't the right fit. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about her! The one rare time that Lisa was unavailable, we had the pleasure of working directly with Kodi Riddle who stepped in seamlessly to help us in our search. It was no surprise that she was fantastic, just like the rest of her team. After we put the offer down on "the one", we worked with members of the Riddle closing team, including Bill Riddle, who helped us get to the finish line step by step. Closing on a house is complicated and stressful, and everyone on the team was so helpful and supportive during the entire process. I'm hoping we stay in this new house for a very long time, but if we ever choose to move again, my first call will definitely be to Riddle Realty. Thank you all so much for everything!

We hired Amanda to help our son find his first home. She listened very carefully to our guidelines and she followed up with numerous listings. She was always available to discuss locations, property features, pricing, and property comparisons. We finally settled on just the right property. Several calls were made to discuss the contract and our offer. Guiding us as to how to structure our offer gave us negotiating room to win the bid. As a business owner with a busy calendar I relied on her professional team of lenders, property inspectors, and title services to complete the purchase.
