I used Brent Rice of the Rice Group and it was an amazing experience! I needed to sell my mother's townhouse after she went into assisted living. Brent kindly and skillfully walked me through the process of preparing the home for sale, staging it for dramatic appeal and the showing process. His wife JoAnn is a very talented and creative stager and a real estate agent as well. I felt like I got a two-for-one special!! She gave me many, outstanding ideas on decorating and bringing out the unique features of the home. We wanted our home to be someone else's to enjoy for years to come. When the time came for negotiations and contract amendments I was overwhelmed. Brent explained each step in understandable language and we arrived at our goal of selling the house to the right person at the right time for the right price! From start to finish it was a meaningful journey for my mother and I. I would recommend this very personable and experienced couple for any real estate job, big or small!!!

Brent was awesome when it came to helping me acquire a new townhouse!! I was fortunate enough to come across his information while looking at an apartment locator website. I contacted Brent by email and he responded the same night. He scheduled a viewing for me in a matter of days and was very on top of things. I ran into a few hiccups along the way but Brent was very persistent and got the job done. I initially thought the unit was no longer available, and Brent notified me and began working looking for other places that would work for me. He went above and beyond and really made the process super easy.I couldn't have asked for a better experience when it came to finding a new home. Brent was very punctual, professional, and just an overall great person to work with. I found his information on an apartment locator site and I'm sure glad I did. He helped me through the whole process made contact with the appropriate people and helped me get into my new place. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and I can't find a negative thing to say about my experience. If you're in the market for a new home Brent is definitely the guy to help you!
