Adie was simply amazing. I'm not sure how else to put it. She went above and beyond in her research efforts to find me, not just the property I wanted, but also to provide me with information about city ordinances and various inspections I might need. I am a first time property buyer and Adie helped walk me through everything. There were things that I absolutely was not going to budge on and others that I didn't have an opinion about. Adie listened all of my questions, suggestions, and concerns. She provided suggestions on things that I hadn't even thought of! Also, she was incredibly responsive (like, answering texts/phone calls on Christmas and weekends). The thing I liked about Adie above all else was that I felt heard with her. She understood what I wanted. She provided me with a lot of options directly within my parameters and some slightly outside of those parameters (keeping with my core requirements). She was NOT pushy at all, which I loved because sometimes I feel like real estate agents can act too much like used-car salesmen. She knows when to push you and when to let you have your space to make a decision. Bottom line, use Adie.
