ZillowVERIFIEDBrian Seets Realty Group Best of The Best! We were so delighted in the ease and kindness that Brian effortlessly guided us in the purchase of our new build! We were new to DFW, we moved here from Virginia, and didnt know the area or which home builders were considered some of the best out here! His experience is beyond to the moon & stars! He totally rocked our world in the best sense of the word! He followed through with everything! He made incredibly important recommendations! Were so glad we took his advice! Hes considered the cream of the crop ( la crA?me de la crA?me!) our experience was fun, informative, exciting!!! Every step of the way my husband and I felt so very blessed that we had such an amazing realtor helping us!!! After living in our home for 7 amazing years were ready to move into a larger home!!! We trust no one else but Brian Seets! We consider him a friend and family!!! Thank you Brian for being so amazing, you truly care about your clients!!!

ZillowVERIFIED John provided the best buying experience I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and found many houses for us that met our search criteria, a tough job in this seller's market. He is honest and tells us all the news on the houses, whether good or bad, which we greatly appreciated. He is effective and efficient in his dealings, which especially is a plus during the stressful search. I would recommend him highly to any associates, friends, family looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold and bought a house with Jeremy's help. He was always available to answer questions and it was instantly evident that he will pull all the stops to make sure everything is done correctly and quickly for our benefit. There was no question he could not quickly answer. We had an offer for our house within two days and it was above asking price. You can't get better than that.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy provided the support and expertise I needed to close as a first time home buyer. She was patient throughput the process and always gave ear to my concerns and worries. There are multiple situations when I needed to reschedule appointments, and she never hesitated to make accommodations in these situations. I'll be asking for her help next time I'm on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED A true professional, Danielle has helped us in purchasing two homes over the past two years. Her knowledge of the DFW Real Estate market is second to none, on the rare occasion that she did not immediately know the answer regarding a property, municipality, HOA, or other inquiry she was very quick in getting the information which was always accurate. Always available, Danielle is very easy to "get a hold of", even with her own busy schedule she always found time to make sure we were taken care of at any time of the day. We have bought and/or sold 8 properties over the past 19 years and the last two, with Danielle as our agent have by far been the most professionally and courteously handled of any agent we have dealt with. When the time comes again to either sell or buy another property our first call will be to Danielle Rosencrans.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were moving to the DFW area from out of state. I was able to make a few trips in to look at houses. Janet made it very easy for us to see as many houses as we could, all while learning our likes and dislikes to help line up homes that fit. Overall, she made the home buying experience easy and went to bat for us when the seller hired a shady HVAC person for "repairs".

ZillowVERIFIED She worked with us for four months to find our home, and was more than accommodating to our odd schedule and last-minute requests (we have a toddler, and I work some odd hours). She also knew what we wanted, and was able to work with us to quickly and efficiently view homes with our requirements.
