Gina worked with us to find and purchase the perfect home. It was a long process, maybe a year, before we found one that fit for my spouse and I's differing needs. She was never once impatient or otherwise negative during the entire experience. Once we found the home we wanted, she was particularly amazing at working things out with the other realtor and assisting us with advice on how to structure our offer. It didn't stop there either, as she knew very capable and reliable inspectors, contractors etc and was able to help us with the entire process including getting things together to qualify for our mortgage.
