Afterwards she stayed in contact, whether it was sending emails of houses or what to look out for. Some days we would look at 4-5 houses because of how quickly they would appear and disappear. She was instrumental in her advice about certain houses and issues that could appear. When we found the house we knew instantly and made an offer. Won the bid and it was on from then. After closing she even got us a house warming gift of getting our yard done.
