ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough about Tiffany. She has always been someone I wanted to work with so when my boyfriend decided we were ready to invest in a home, I couldnt think of anyone else. Tiffany goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a smooth of a process as possible. She will fight for you, educate you in a way that feels good, shes got a great personality that can cheer you up on even the most stressful parts of the process. We are so thankful for all she has done and even after selling, shes still making sure we are good. Its nice to feel like we arent just a price tag to her. Honestly I wouldnt trust anyone else. She knows what shes doing and shes great at.

ZillowVERIFIED Once I enlisted Ms Bowdens services she informed me about the sellers market and how aggressive other buyers would be. Afterwards she stayed in contact, whether it was sending emails of houses or what to look out for. Some days we would look at 4-5 houses because of how quickly they would appear and disappear. She was instrumental in her advice about certain houses and issues that could appear. When we found the house we knew instantly and made an offer. Won the bid and it was on from then. After closing she even got us a house warming gift of getting our yard done.

She is very insightful she showed us every aspect of the house, event the history of the area around. She knew all the schools around and gave me a list of child care services.
