Because of Jean, we could purchase two properties, one sight unseen. We never thought we would do that but we live over five hours away and couldn't just run over for a showing. And because we were not both available at the same time, she did two video tours in one day of one property to accommodate our schedules! She was always available for us, very helpful as we were from out of town, and knows the area extremely well. She had excellent recommendations for inspectors, contractors, etc., and saved us a lot of time from doing research. Jean always responds promptly to all texts and emails; sometimes within a minute! She is an excellent communicator and keeps her clients very well informed. Her follow-up is amazing! Her professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail-oriented, honest, and very good with people.
