We chose New Bern as our future home. We looked at homes in the area and wanted to see properties. I placed a call to Pam's office where a very pleasant and thorough Christina answered my call. She took my information and promised I would get a call from Pam in a while. Pam called, we had a great conversation, she asked the right questions and we came to the conclusion that she was going to be our agent. Pam sent us listings, sometimes more than once per day, as they became available. Knowing our parameters, she did not waste our time with ones that did not fit. She set up appointments during the time we would come to the area and led us thru everything with enthusiasm and pragmatism at the same time. Once we chose our new home to be, she set up inspections, survey and researched issues we wanted addressed. All this while we were living out of area. She made things easy for us. She really had a tough task to meet with us because we couldn't keep coming back and forth to find d a house. When we arrived she had so many listing lined up for us and most important didn't waste her time or ours we looked at only what we told her we liked. By the sixth day we pretty much made our decision. We went back to NJ talked about it and had made a decision on the house we are In now. She so suggested building a new home and that was our choice .she found us the perfect location and we love it. If I were to do it all over again I would choose Pam to buy or sell.
