I couldn't have found a better real estate agent than Mimi, she was very knowledgeable, always did her research on the properties that I requested to view. She was very patient with me even though we saw over a hundred homes. She never complains or rushed me to buy, she was very punctual and showed up with a cup of coffee for me. I don't have a car but Mimi would show up at my house to pick me up and take me to the properties with a big smile and always return my calls or text messages promptly. I didn't just get an excellent agent but a friend for life. I am definitely recommending Mimi to anyone who is looking an agent that's willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

There were many promises made when our listings were first signed about marketing, exposure, and communication. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Once the properties were listed, getting consistent updates became difficult: close to impossible if I may be honest. Our main point of contact throughout this time was Marco Di Gabriele, but communication remained a recurring challenge. Needless to say, after wasting 7 months of our time on two of our properties, along with losing multiple offers, we ended our relationship with this brokerage.
