This is the second time I have used Rachel. She helped me buy and also sell my same home. She knows her stuff and always keeps things professional even if things get difficult. Rachel is a rockstar! My house was only on the market for five days before it sold. Well over listing price, might I add. This was my first time selling and she answered all of my questions and made things easy for me to understand. She also completely had my back and made sure negotiations were in my favor! Also, since I was selling in the middle of the COVID pandemic, they made sure that everyone followed precautions by wearing masks and booties while inside the property.
