ZillowVERIFIED I associated with Rachel in selling our house recently. Thanks to her help and a house priced below market price, we got an offer within 20 days. I believe Rachel has good knowledge of the market and she made several helpful suggestions before listing the house. However once the house was listed, it was hard to get a response from her if we had any questions. It took several text messages and emails to get any response. What made it harder was that this was our first home selling experience and we were out-of-state while doing this. I have to say that we lost some money because of these communication issues. Also, a tip to home sellers.. If you need any home maintenance work done, ask around to get the best possible rates. Don't always rely on the handymen recommended by realtors. We learned it the hard way!

Rachel and her staff were so easy to work with. A professional photographer was brought in to take pictures. We couldn't have been happier with them. Not only did she get our home on the market quickly, but she laid out a clear timeline of where we should expect to be in this market. It's easy to get down on the process when you don't know exactly where you stand with viewers. With the technology Rachel used, we knew exactly who was viewing our home and what their feedback was very quickly.I like to be very hands on when it comes to this stuff. I want to know that there is action going on behind the scenes. Every time I spoke with Rachel, she left no doubt that she was fully engaged in selling our home. I'm not sure she ever sleeps, actually. She was always available to us. It is also important to me that a realtor is willing and able to put forth their opinions when it comes to negiations. Afterall, you're paying for their expertise. I have had bad experiences with realtors who basically say "whatever you think". I can't stand that. Rachel would listen to our comments and be very honest about what she thought and her reasons why. That's an invaluable skill to have.
