The Property Shop

Lea was fantastic to work with. She had extensive research done to get an accurate listing price for our house, helped us in negotiations every step of the way and made it a stress-free process for us.

Ok, I have to say this because Lea is just incredible. She walked so many extra miles with us and went above and beyond every single step. She is super nice, incredibly patient, kind, and always on time with everything no matter what. We went under contract in just a week in a super rough market and she got us max value out of it. So if you need a realtor, just go with Lea. Truly a pro and a really good person

I highly recommend Lea as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She played a crucial role in helping us find the right property and demonstrated extensive negotiation skills throughout the process. Lea genuinely cared about our long-term goals and made sure we didnt take on more than we could handle financially. We were already pre-approved for a loan, but Lea used her contacts to help us secure a better loan offer. She successfully negotiated a lower price for the house we were interested in, as well as arranged for necessary repairs and services to be included in the deal. Honestly, we would have felt lost without her guidance.

Bought and sold my house with Lea. Shes great and makes the entire process seamless. She follows up and makes sure you understand all the fine print. Extremely helpful and present through the whole process.
