ZillowVERIFIED It?s very easy to find a realtor. It?s much harder to find a good realtor. Lea Gonzalez, however, is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor. Hands down, Lea is the best realtor I?ve worked with in 20 years of buying and selling homes. One of the most important traits for an effective realtor is communication. Lea is incredibly responsive to phone calls and texts, and always displayed the highest level of patience and kindness with the many questions that popped up during the process from my wife and I. Perhaps more importantly, she clearly and effectively conveyed our offers and counteroffers (as the buyer) to the listing agent and then provided immediate feedback on their response. This greatly reduced uncertainty while in the middle of negotiations and provided me with the information I needed to press forward with appropriate concessions from the seller. What impressed me the most with Lea is her genuine care and desire to be an advocate for her client?s best interests. She aggressively fought for every opportunity to save me money in the process. Time and again I saw her go above and beyond the level of effort that most realtors would have put in to a real estate deal and push back at needless fees from contractors performing repairs on the property, the title company processing our transaction, and other miscellaneous costs that popped up in the process. I was blown away while I watched her negotiating skills aggressively drop the purchase price of the home, knowing that this would decrease her commission once the sale was complete. However, Lea did it with a smile on her face and seemed genuinely proud of how much money she saved us! Professional skills aside, Lea is a genuinely warm and caring person. At one point while we were waiting for the closing date on our new house the area was gripped by an ice storm. Knowing that we were out of the area and the house was sitting vacant, Lea took it upon herself to take time from her busy schedule and come over and turn on the faucets to prevent damage to the pipes. My wife and I were blown away at the level of attention and care that she took at every step of the process, and this is just one small example of the caliber of Lea?s character. I hope to not have to move again for many years, but if I do there?s no chance I?d use anybody but Lea for any real estate dealings. Lea Gonzalez has my highest recommendation, and you?d be hard pressed to find another realtor that comes close to her in terms of personality and realtor skills.

We were first time buyers and Im sure not the most fun to work with but she stuck it through with a smile on her face at every door step (not to mention ran all over Fort Worth at 6+ months pregnant, what a trooper!). We were all over the place on what we wanted but she never failed at presenting us with all options and alternatives. The house we loved and landed on had a high ask price and she assisted us in getting that down in a very strong sellers market. When we did get the price down the appraisal fell short of the amount we needed for the loan. Lea worked meticulous to present new comps to the appraisal board which in turn paid off when they adjusted the appraisal and enabled us to make the purchase. Shes a go getter and will fight for you and your house. Wouldnt of had it any other way

My name is Dustin and I am a U.S. Navy Sailor who transferred to NAS JRB Fort Worth from Philadelphia. My brother came with me on the long drive and we were getting discouraged about finding the right place, we were living in hotels for two weeks until luckily I showed interest in a property on zillow that notified Lea. Within minutes, she called me and asked the details of what I was looking for, 10 minutes later I had a list of 15 to 20 properties all within my price range and all the amenities I was looking for in a house. I went to view the first property on a Friday and loved it, Lea worked with me over the weekend, and by Tuesday I was approved and handed keys to my new house. I will not say bad things about the other realtors that I tried working with, I will only say that Lea was the only one I could tell cared about getting me into the home I wanted, she is personable, knowledgeable, and will be a friend of mine forever. I cant thank her enough.
