Calvin is phenomenal. This was my second time buying a house and he has been the best by far Ive come across. Ive come across many realtors. But he not only has great communication, hes very knowledgeable, and will do everything he can to get you in the house you want. I will use him on any future houses I buy. I cant express how grateful I am he was able to assist and put things in terminology I was able to understand and was very relatable and down to earth.

He had a whole team of experts that worked from beginning to end to help me sell my unique property and they worked with me throughout the closing process. It was very valuable to me to have so many experts since this was a rental property and not single-family residential. Brian was constantly in contact and kept me updated, and was very aware of market conditions for pricing and negotiations.

Didnt deal directly w Calvin but Porsche Torregano was excellent. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Always available during most time of the day 7 days a week.
