His efforts resulted in multiple offers received including 2 over asking price within 24 hours of going on the market. As we proceeded to our closing date Mike's experience and professionalism saved our house sale. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as our agent by helping the buyer resolve their VA appraiser's concerns while preserving the contract value of the sale. Had Mike not put in this level of effort, we would have lost the contract due to a VA appraiser's assessment of the property and would have had to go back on the market.
