The Platinum Group Realtors

1 YEAR in the making. Monica is meticulous and at our closing she pulled out the notes she took from the very first time we spoke with her and the exact day, 1 Year! There are a lot of brokers out there that talk, but Monica and Ryan walk the walk. During the closing process Monica made sure all deadlines were kept and everything was moving along. Monica has the patience of a Saint. If you love Disney you and Monica will become friends fast. Feel safe with Monica and Ryan. I hope to have them sell and buy a couple more homes.

Great Experience with Monica! Working with Monica was a pleasure from our first meeting until our house closed. Monica is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and she was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We experienced first hand the way she cares about her clients.

Our experience working with Monica was stellar as it always has been. This is the eighth time we have used Monica to help us buy or sell real estate. She is without equal in her knowledge of the Colorado market of her professional skill in assessing the selling or purchasing opportunity and she treats us like family!

Best Realtor Ever! If we could rate Monica and her team higher than five stars, we would. From start to finish in either selling a home or land to the final close, they exhibit the best in professionalism, attention to details and a willingness to go the extra mile to close the deal in our best interest!

Best Realtor I have ever worked with Monica was great to work with. She made the process very easy, gave excellent advice, and was very responsive throughout the entire process. It was very helpful that Monica was very experienced in her field as she offered guidance during the negotiation process and knew key contacts that helped along the way. Her diligence in paperwork review and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend her!
