Monica was the 5th realtor that my husband and I have worked with and she and her staff were by far the best. Professional demeanor, appearance and presence. Very prompt and thorough in communication and processes. Monica was actually on vacation across the country when we happen to find "the one". Due to houses selling very quickly in this area, she handled everything in the middle of her vacation to ensure that we did not lose the house to the competition of other buyers. Her hard work and dedication continued throughout the entire process: she was present for the inspection to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were met, and at closing, she caught a financial error in the paperwork that would have lost us money if it wasn't caught. She makes you feel like her only client! I truly have nothing negative to say about Monica or The Platinum Group.
