Jenell listed and sold our home at the end of 2012. Our home was on the market for only 17 days before we got the offer that we ended up accepting. While our home had a lot to offer, it was Jenell that helped us to get it ready for showing and made it stellar. His advice was extremely valuable and we took all of his expertise seriously when staging our home. Jenell also gave us very honest comparison prices so we could decide on a fair listing price. He believes strongly in setting your price correctly from the start - which we know helped our house to sell so quickly. Also before listing, Jenell took beautiful photographs of the inside and outside of our home and he had the home listed before we knew it. We were extremely impressed with our home's internet presence and the quick attention it received. During the showing process, Jenell was always a text, email or phone call away and could always answer any question we had. Once we received our first offer, he helped us to make sure we were getting what we wanted and handled all interaction with the buying agent. After we accepted a contract, he told us everything to expect and what we needed to do moving toward settlement. We know that Jenell is a busy realtor but through the whole process he always made us feel like we were his only clients. When I first started the home buying process I wasn't sure if I was completely ready. When I called Jenell he was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions, and believe me I had a lot! He listened to everything I wanted in a home and set me up to start looking at listings. When we went out to look my top choices he was so knowledgable with every property. He educated me on what to look for and never tried to push me into anything. When I found my house we put in the offer that night and got the ball rolling. Buying a house was a very big scary step and seemed overwhelming to me. Jenell made the whole experience so easy and smooth that I had nothing to worry about and I worry about everything. This was to be our third attempt placing our home for sale. In the past three years we had already spent many hours cleaning, painting, and preparing our home for showing so to say my wife and I approached this process again with trepidation was an understatement.
