I informed Kristin during our very first conversation that I might be one of her most difficult clients. I have a terrible time making decisions. I wanted a house with a view and no stairs. Then I decided views come with hills and I couldn't ride my bike. I decided I wanted to look in another specific area. Then I decided I didn't like that and really wanted to be near were I was currently rent. My main priority was no stairs, very difficult to fine in Missoula. We finally found one. In my choice location.Kristin was excellent with communicating with me and listening to what I was saying. This is very important to me. I always knew what was happening and if there was delay she let me know. I was able to use her as a sounding board and she gave me her opinion when I asked for it. I bought my first house with my husband 34 years ago. This time I was in a new state and a widow to me it was like being a first time buyer all over again.
