ZillowVERIFIED I informed Kristin during our very first conversation that I might be one of her most difficult clients. I have a terrible time making decisions. I wanted a house with a view and no stairs. Then I decided views come with hills and I couldn't ride my bike. I decided I wanted to look in another specific area. Then I decided I didn't like that and really wanted to be near were I was currently rent. My main priority was no stairs, very difficult to fine in Missoula. We finally found one. In my choice location.Kristin was excellent with communicating with me and listening to what I was saying. This is very important to me. I always knew what was happening and if there was delay she let me know. I was able to use her as a sounding board and she gave me her opinion when I asked for it. I bought my first house with my husband 34 years ago. This time I was in a new state and a widow to me it was like being a first time buyer all over again. I would have no problem recommending Kristin to any potential buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a two way deal going and we don't live in Missoula. We wanted to sell one home which was a mid 70s build. We didn't want to fix it up figuring whomever purchased would fix it the way they wanted. We decided to list below what we anticipated might be market price. Kristin helped us with that process and listed and sold the home immediately. Based on home inspection we needed to fix some items. Kristin knew of contractors who would help us with those items. They did a wonderful job at reasonable prices. In the meantime we decided to purchase a condo in Missoula. We found one we liked and Kristin negotiated the buy and handled the administrative aspects of that purchase. She worked our portion of the closings on both properties when we were in Missoula on a visit. She advised us on the proper mechanics to get that done efficiently and effectively. Frankly, with so many "moving parts" in our situation and from long distance, we couldn't have done it all without Kristin's expert, professional knowledge and experience.
