The Newcomer Group

I have been searching for a new home for 2 months without any luck until I was referred to Leila. She listened to what I was looking for and my likes and dislikes as well as my budget. Within a day she sent me a list of 5 homes, all matching my specifics. She took time to show me all of them, answered my questions and walked me through the process. Loved her willingness to go above and beyond and not just see her clients as just another sale. Love my new house and thank you Leila for making it happen.

She was amazing she went above what most realtor would. She would respond within a few minutes of a call are text. And she is still helping with things cause this is a big move for us. She is not just the best realtor she has became family to us.

Luke did an amazing job in selling our home in 13 days. From the first time we met he was full of energy and very knowledgeable in the market analysis of homes in our city. The pictures he took of our home were show stoppers, a huge boost in selling our home quickly.

Stress free! Luke and Sadie made selling and buying a property on the same day look like childs play. They are excellent communicators and knowledgeable negotiators.

Tania, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable with the area and willing to meet to look at properties any time. We ran into a couple of issues with the seller during our process, but Tania helped resolve the issues and kept us informed of any changes. She communicated on time and was always prompt on responding. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
