After looking at a few places, we made an offer on one we particularly liked. Unfortunately because of issues beyond our control we were very uncomfortable with moving forward. When we called Ryan to inform him of our reservations, he spoke first and after his review and follow up of the circumstances, he recommended for us to not move forward. we all agreed it was best to pass. ZillowVERIFIED OMG I dont know what I would have done without Ryan! I knew that the logistics of selling my house in TN and buying a condo in FL would be a nightmare. It was imperative that I had a realtor that was not only knowledgeable but that was also available to accommodate my schedule at the drop of a hat. I needed a realtor that would listen to what I wanted and needed, and who would actually respond when I contacted him. Ryan was everything and more! During the 7 months it took to sell my house, Ryan regularly checked in with me to see how things were going; and when I contacted him and gave him just a couple of days notice that I was going to be driving down and needed to find a place that weekend, he was on it. I dont even know how many places we looked at on that Saturday, but he gave me the time and the space to make a decision and didnt try to push me into anything. Best of all, instead of the day being stressful and challenging, he made it fun and entertaining. He was full of little tips about the area- from how to get around to cool places to go to which grocery store is the best. During the actual buying process, Ryan stayed on top of everything. He kept me looped in throughout every step. He was always available to answer questions (and I asked A LOT of questions) and never made me feel like I was a bother or interrupting him. I never had to wonder if he was going to respond- he was lightning fast getting back to me. He also provided me with all of the contacts for things like power and cable- those things that an out-of-towner like me wouldnt know. If you're looking for a realtor that knows the area, that knows the market, that listens and communicates, that gets you the answers that you need, and that takes the stress out of the entire home buying experience, then there is no other choice- Ryan is absolutely positively the ONLY realtor to call.
