Stacie was extremely responsive and help my soon-to-be husband and I find our DREAM HOME in Tallahassee, FL. She gave real advice and listened to what we were wanting in a house. Stacie did not try to sell us on anything that would benefit herself but really focused on us as the customer. She helped us negotiate and worked very well with the Seller going back and forth during negotiations. Stacie was great at answering our questions and walked us through step by step the process and what we needed to do. She made herself accessible at all times and gave GREAT recommendations for inspections and services we would need once we got the home. We would HIGHLY recommend Stacie Spears to anyone interested in buying a home!!!! We hope others can find their dream home as Stacie has helped us find ours.

I had never bought a house before, and I saw StacieA?s profile in Zillow and decided to contact her. This was definitely one of the best decisions Stacie is really the most responsive person I've ever worked with. I could text her at 11:00 PM on a weekday or weekend and she would respond to any inquiry immediately regardless of the topic. She adapted to my schedule all the time, and even went above and beyond by helping me move from point A to point B, help me get the necessary help for the house assessment within the day, and would patiently help submit/fill any paperwork. Whenever I had questions about the contract, pricing, lawyers, the house itself, and deadlines she would be knowledgable in all topics and respond immediately. She even gives you her honest recommendation/feedback based on your personal situation. I would highly recommend Stacie, and I'm making this review in hopes that people like me (who had no idea what they were doing when buying their first house) can have the adequate help, friendliness, and knowledge that they have been looking for.
