ZillowVERIFIED I had the difficult task of selling the Tallahassee property long-distance from Atlanta on behalf of a friend who moved into Assisted Living. I could only make three brief visits to prepare for selling, plus I had to deal with tenants who were dragging their feet in leaving. I've never sold property before, and a good friend referred me to Stacie. Not only did she walk me through the process, in detail, with complete transparency as to where points could get held up or go off-plan, she advised me on how to interact with the difficult tenants and represented me twice in person face to face with them during times I was unable to travel to Tallahassee. She also arranged for community groups to collect furniture from the property that were unable to be relocated to the assisted living home and personally oversaw their presence on the property as my agent. She is thoughtful, dedicated, and makes you feel like you're her only client. She volunteers to go the extra mile without you having to ask for it. I cannot recommend Stacie enough and will go straight to her for my future real estate needs in Tallahassee.

Please allow me to share our story.We decided to move to Tallahassee from the Boston area. We wanted to be near our daughters and grandsons. While in Boston working with an amazing realtor we asked her to help us find a clone of herself in Tallahassee. She promised to go on Zillow and vet some realtors in the Tally area. True to her word she found her. Stacie Spears.We were on a specific timetable, trying to close in Ma and beat the winter market slowdown in Tally. We reached out to Stacie and she took the ball and ran with it. We sent her our wish list and she stayed in touch with us. She went and looked at homes on her own for us and she met one of our daughters after hours a few times to check out and face time a few for us. We were impressed with her professionalism, dedication and her approach. She listens and does not push. We arrived in Tallahassee and checked into and extended stay hotel on a Sunday. We met Stacie Monday morning at 9. She had 6 homes for us to look at. She saved the very best for last. She never said anything to us about it. She had seen it and somehow she knew it would be the one. She was spot on. The house was gorgeous. We bought it immediately and moved in on Halloween. It is now the day after Thanksgiving and we are 98% settled. We spent Thanksgiving with out family yesterday and it is wonderful to not have to worry about catching a plane and leaving them anymore. Stacie exceeded our timeline. She was amazing. A few fun facts about Stacie. Very personable, she drives the process while allowing you to lead the way, extremely knowledgeable and if she does not have the answer to a question she gets right back to you. Imagine moving from Ma to Fl. Boy, did we have questions. She always made herself available to us. Such dedication.And if you 'need a guy' call Stacie. She has one for everything, contractors, landscapers, furniture sales, appliance repairs, plumbers, electricians etc. etc.We would highly recommend Stacie. We relocated here for my husband's new job, and not really knowing all of the different neighborhoods and communities in and around Tallahassee, Rebecca drove us around and showed us a lot of homes in our price range and style. Her knowledge of Tallahassee is amazing (she's a local girl!) and she was able to give us a ton of very helpful information on schools for our 5th grade daughter, as well. As we lived about 4 hours away at the time and were traveling to Tallahassee mainly on the weekends, Rebecca was always available and had houses we were interested in ready for us to tour and visit each time we came up. The communication from Rebecca was immediate and we always felt like she was working overtime to guarantee that we found the perfect house for our family. After we found the home for us, we realized the sale of our current home and the closing on our new home in Tallahassee would be about 2 weeks apart. We asked Rebecca to find a rental property where we could stay for a couple of weeks once we moved to Tallahassee without the hassle of having to sign a leasing agreement. She found us a great house to rent in a beautiful neighborhood! The closing on our home in Tallahassee was seamless and everything throughout the process with Rebecca was very smooth. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I contracted our home with Stacie in November of 2014. We were relocating to the Northeast, and had an offer on our property. We moved up north in February of 2015, thinking the house would close in May. The deal fell through on the buyers side of the transaction. Our home is a short sale, and the bank was not budging, making all deals and offers difficult! We had to maintain our property while being 1500 miles away, as it was for sale. Stacie stayed diligent with our property, going through many offers that would not get accepted by the bank. She met countless service personnel at our property for one thing or another. I praise her professionalism, and her "fight" in order to bring us a wonderful buyer!
