My wife and I are young first-time home buyers that were certainly overwhelmed with the idea of going through with such a large purchase. We found Chriss name through the Trulia app when we found our first listing that really made us decide to start looking for our first home. There were four or five suggested realtors to contact and chose Chris purely based on his displayed picture thinking he looked like a nice guy. We could not have been more RIGHT! We did not end up liking the first house he showed us as much as we expected but he took the time to really get to know us the first meeting and within a short few weeks of dedicated searching he found us the absolute perfect place for us to start our family in Jacksonville. The best attribute of Chris approach is he truly makes you feel like you are his only client. We almost felt like we were abusing him at times dragging him to all the way from Fernandina Beach to Green Cove springs and every corner of Jacksonville in between. Chris always appeared happy to show us every home honestly and openly highlighting the qualities and draw backs of every property.
