The Minard Group LLC

If youre looking for a professional that is going to give you the best possible experience while finding a home - Sheena is your agent! She is knowledgeable in many areas, including; knowing what loans work for or against you, knowing what lenders are going to help the most, she takes time to get to know you as a person so she can help find homes that fit all of your needs and shes also available at any time of the day! We did a short sale and held our breath for several weeks as she fought for us! In the end, we were so glad she was our agent because as a result of her long hours and hard work, we literally found our dream home!We could never thank her enough.Thank you Sheena Minard!

She did it again!!! Sheena Minard helped us with the purchase of our first home. She then helped us sell that home and buy another one seamlessly at the same time so we would not have a gap and be without a place to live in between. She is the best agent out there hands down! If you want someone that will handle everything from start to finish smoothly, she is the one to call. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and an all around wonderful person to have on you team and negotiating for you. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy!

I truly enjoyed working with Sheena and The Minard Group with the sell of my last home. Sheena was not only very professional but you can tell that she is an expert at her craft and takes pride in making sure her clients are not only educated on the home selling/buying process but also satisfied. She is a great communicator and very timely with her responses. She is also an advocate for her clients. I highly recommend Sheena and The Minard Group and I look forward to working with them when I purchase my next home.

Ricky Minard, with the Minard group was a pleasure to deal with. Always very communicative, responsive, and punctual. He was seriously great and I recommend him to everyone interested in buying a home. Truly a great company. Thank you Ricky!

Sheena helped us sell and purchase a home stressfree! She is a very patient realtor that listens to not only what you say but your body language while making decisions. That meant a lot to me because I can be very curious and particular about things. Not one time did I feel pressured or rushed into purchasing a home.We finally found our dream home and Sheena was able to read my body language instantly that I loved it! She made the process so smooth for my family. I would definitely use her again for real estate needs. And, I highly recommend her to anyone in search for a home.
