ZillowVERIFIED Sheena was AMAZING in EVERY scope of the process! She was thorough in all research, keeping track of ALL of my wife and my wants and needs in the new home that we found! She never pushed or persuaded, never made us feel uncomfortable. We would go to look at a house, and she would tell us if we weren't feeling the neighborhood, just move on to the next one... She sincerely wanted us to be totally happy, she would hold our baby when we filled out paperwork, play with our kids... There was NOTHING that she wouldn't do, she still continues to check on us and go to bat for us with the builder in our new home months way after our purchase. I normally don't mix business and friendship, but there isn't anything I wouldn't do to help her. I truly appreciate all her hard work and patience. Would refer her to EVERYONE I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying I'm not a big reviewer but in this case I would have to highly recommend Sheena to be your next realtor. She is five star worthy all the way. From day one she made it seem like less of a client relationship but more like family or a good friend. Even though I know she is a busy women, she was always accessible whether by phone, email, or txt. All paper work was made simple, easy to understand, and on time. Literally if she said she would send a document, sure enough it would be there right in my email. She was on time for all of our appointments, making us feel like a priority and not just some clients. In all honesty her professionalism made the other realtors we had to deal with seem not up to par. This was a long process but it was a good experience because she never made us feel rushed or like she was bothered. All in all this was a great first time home buying experience thanks to Sheena and would definitely use her again for any future endeavors because no one comes close.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheena was a very personable realtor and really takes the time to make sure the buyer is happy with their house. She's a very good realtor and was a pleasure to work with. Sheena sent me an automated report of new houses that met my criteria (25-miles around work, no HOA, a acre of land, preferably a basement, with enough square-footage) and I then picked the houses from the list (actually we had multiple lists going) I wanted to see and Sheena arranged the meeting (lining up all the locations on a route) and took me to these houses (around Concord and Salisbury, NC). There were definitely some non-starters at first (since I didn't know what I was looking for), but she was very patient and tried her best to ask questions and understand what qualities I wanted in a house. When I found the property I currently own, she pointed out why it was a smart choice and gave me pointers along the way (such as not bidding too low, getting inspections and mortgage arranged, etc.). As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated her assistance in getting the process moving. I thought it would take forever to find a house that I would like and actually acquire it. Instead, it took a couple of months (maybe even less). I'm sure if I had wanted to shop around more, Sheena would have supported that, but I got lucky and found something that fits me just right.
