I could not have asked for more out of Spencer. The turn around from meeting him to purchasing our first home was very quick! He really listened to what we wanted and gave us great advice. He was always available to show us listings and was honest with us about each of the homes we toured. He is extremely knowledgeable and I could not appreciate that more considering this was our first time buying. We had a hiccup with our lender close to closing and he did everything in his power to help us out and be there for us. He goes above and beyond. I have recommended him to anyone who has mentioned they were looking to buy or sell and I will continue to do so!!! You will not find a better real estate agent.

Spencer was the first realtor Ive worked with. My girlfriend and I were starting the home buying process for the first time and we had to make the decision to pick our realtor. My twin sister had just finished the entire process a few months prior and had recommended her realtor as she had a pleasant experience. Through the recommendation of our broker, Sebastian, we decided to go with Spencer and I can stress it enough that it was the best decision we could have made. Yes, it is quite possible my twin sisters realtor would have been great but Spencer was so incredible to work with that its hard to picture going with anyone else. His personality, knowledge and reliability are all skills that you should expect when working with Spencer and you can expect that this review alone does not do him justice. He goes above and beyond what is asked for from a working relationship with a realtor. I would recommend Spencer as a realtor to any first time home buyers or veteran home buyers and cant thank him enough for helping my girlfriend and I through the process of buying our first home together.
