ZillowVERIFIED John has proven to be VERY knowledgeable and supportive in my "ordeal" to sell my late Mother's estate. I received numerous phone calls and emails with continuous updates and always with encouragement and optimism. Weekly reports from a variety of advertising agencies across the country demonstrated how much information had been put out to attract as many buyers as possible. John even shoveled out my Mom's home after a huge blizzard. Being 2 hours away from Mom's property made it difficult for us to be there on a moment's notice. John took care of EVERYTHING and has made a huge impression on us. We tried other realtors for 6 months with less attention in that entire span than John gave in a week!! I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and work with John. He has obtained a deposit on the property and is continuing the process with determination and speed. In the past 40 years we have moved 8 times and sold 4 houses. NO-ONE has been so professional, courteous, understanding, and helpful as John!

I called John on the 3rd while we were both enjoying the long weekend in Vermont. He took the time over the holiday weekend to arrange showings in our target area and price range. He showed us 6 houses the following Monday, we made an offer on Thursday which was accepted for under asking before a big open house a potential bidding war.
