Steve is very personable, seems unflappable even in the toughest of situations, and will do whatever it takes. He also seems very knowledgeable, covering details that one might not have thought of. For example, he had the inspector include items that I hadn't known of or thought about which, ultimately, got us a significant discount on our insurance. He and his assistant got information about vendors for the new home and scheduled people to clean and do repairs at the house we are selling, even staying at the house while work was being done. We highly recommend working with Steve.
