He also seems very knowledgeable, covering details that one might not have thought of. For example, he had the inspector include items that I hadn't known of or thought about which, ultimately, got us a significant discount on our insurance. He and his assistant got information about vendors for the new home and scheduled people to clean and do repairs at the house we are selling, even staying at the house while work was being done. We highly recommend working with Steve.

Negotiated the price once the contract was in option period, suggested the inspector and renegotiated. All the way up until closing Steve and his team were there crossing the 't's and dotting the 'i's. Reminding us to setup utilities or filing HOA forms or similar such minor things that might be a problem later. Closing was smooth and painless as everything was aligned and every party involved was in communication. We sincerely appreciate the team effort. This is the second time we have used Steve's services and we have referred him to our family and friends who have in turn used his services.

When I met Steve he came to the appt with the ability to access every unit available and had sales comps and rental comps in a binder for me. I knew he was a true professional and that I would be wise to work with him. He negotiated a great price for our first unit as well as the second and found us a great tenant. He makes sure all the details are covered even when a novice doesn't know what should be included. He's a very hard worker and very patient to help in every area such as preparing the unit for a tenant. I can't imagine why anyone would use anyone else.

For every house he showed us, even when we only gave him an hour's notice, he had a packet prepared with the mls info page, the comparables report, and a recommendation on offer price. During the low-inventory period, when we were looking for homes, if a house looked particularly hot, Steve came with a contract prepared at several different offer prices (based on comps) so that we could choose which offer suited us and submit it same day. During the year he helped us, he never pressured us to make an offer or showed us a property that was over budget. He works hard for his clients every day of the week and will answer emails at any time of night. Steve is not only professionally dressed at every meeting but he is polite, friendly, funny, and great to be around. And when you are looking for over a year for a house, these are great qualities in someone you see quite often! Steve is fantastic and highly recommended!
