I would highly recommend John Kerstein as a realtor as well as a property manager. He worked very hard to get me a great deal on several properties. He was easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of. He found creative financing when that became an issue. If I did not meet John and his sales team I feel I would not have achieved my dreams of home ownership or the ability to run a rental business.

We did not end up buying the property John showed us, but that was only due to the property itself not meeting our needs. It was clear from our interactions and his follow-up communication, John would be a good professional to work with. I could recommend him and his firm without reservation.
