I would highly recommend John Kerstein as a realtor as well as a property manager. He worked very hard to get me a great deal on several properties. He was easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of. He found creative financing when that became an issue. If I did not meet John and his sales team I feel I would not have achieved my dreams of home ownership or the ability to run a rental business.
