John is a terrific realtor! We looked at a number of properties, but nothing really caught my attention. I finally found a property that I felt was right for me, but unfortunately the home inspection came back with multiple problems. As a senior citizen those problems were not something I wanted to deal with prior to occupancy. The deal was nixed, but John was patient and optimistic that I would find something else that was to my liking. And about a month later I did! Not only was it move in ready, it was far more affordable for my budget. John was great throughout the process. I have dealt with many agents over the years, and John is the best.

John kept things moving from the time our offer was accepted all the way through closing and possession! Also, we were moving from out of state, so Johns local expertise was invaluable.
