I had to make some repairs to sell the home and they made the necessary calls for me and scheduled the appointments which was great for me as it is difficult to get off work. On the few occasions I had to be there they worked with me to schedule a time when I could be there that didn't conflict with my work schedule. Tracy was very upfront in the beginning and told me exactly what to expect during the sale of the home and how she expected it to go and everything went according to plan. Also they had a list of contractors that they work with that were quick to respond and take care of the necessary repairs. There was research needed for the plat of the property with the layout and survey her team handled that for me so I didn't have to take my time to go to the courthouse to get those documents. I received all documents and forms in a timely manner and the e sign made my signing of the documents easy as I did not have to print them out and scan them in. I had an excellent experience working with the Kable team and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Our first buyer, even though they were under contract with us, obviously wanted to back out of the agreement. After talking to Tracy we agreed to let them out of the contract. Tracy then made contact with another buyer who showed great interest in the property earlier but was reluctant to make an offer because they understandably did not want to get into a bidding war with another buyer. She was able to negotiate a deal acceptable to everyone and keep the sale on track through closing. Tracy was also able to put us in touch with contractors we needed to get work done on the house prior to closing. We couldn't possibly be happier with the results. Thanks again to the Kable Team.
