The K Company Realty

If you are looking for real estate agents you can truly count on, we would highly recommend Crystal Doxtator and her colleague, Win Wilson of LoKation Real Estate. They were consistently professional, courteous, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout our 2026 transaction. Even on weekends and while on vacation, they remained available and went above and beyond to support us. Since we were out of state, we relied on them to be our eyes, ears, and proxy throughout the process, and they handled that responsibility exceptionally well. Through challenging negotiations and difficult moments, but Crystal and Win never wavered in their professionalism. They remained respectful, steady, and focused on moving things forward and doing everything they could to preserve the deal and represent their clients interests. They were genuinely lovely to work with, and what stood out most was their consistency from beginning to end. They were responsive, thoughtful, and committed to finding a way forward, even when things got challenging. We would highly recommend Crystal and Win to anyone buying or selling in the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee area. They go above and beyond for their clients, and we were very grateful to have them in our corner, and they delivered on closing our property aEUR" SOLD!

I've trusted Malisa to sell 2 of my homes, and both times she delivered results that exceeded every expectation. She sold each home well above market value, shattering neighborhood comps when other agents said it couldn't be done! She's relentless, incredibly knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, and always transparent. No matter what time I called or emailed, she was there. If you want a realtor who gets results instead of excuses, she's the one.

Win did a market analysis and priced my rental home right. She communicated with the previous tenants throughout the move-out process, showed the home while it was still occupied, and found a new tenant just a few days after listing it. She also prepared the lease, drawing on her experience to include terms that reasonably protect both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend Win Wilson for your real estate needs!
