ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for real estate agents you can truly count on, we would highly recommend Crystal Doxtator and her colleague, Win Wilson of LoKation Real Estate. They were consistently professional, courteous, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout our 2026 transaction. Even on weekends and while on vacation, they remained available and went above and beyond to support us. Since we were out of state, we relied on them to be our eyes, ears, and proxy throughout the process, and they handled that responsibility exceptionally well. Through challenging negotiations and difficult moments, but Crystal and Win never wavered in their professionalism. They remained respectful, steady, and focused on moving things forward and doing everything they could to preserve the deal and represent their clients interests. They were genuinely lovely to work with, and what stood out most was their consistency from beginning to end. They were responsive, thoughtful, and committed to finding a way forward, even when things got challenging. We would highly recommend Crystal and Win to anyone buying or selling in the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee area. They go above and beyond for their clients, and we were very grateful to have them in our corner, and they delivered on closing our property aEUR" SOLD!

ZillowVERIFIED Five stars for Crystal Doxtator! Crystal helped us navigate a major move from the Northeast to Florida and was a total pro throughout. We really appreciated her deep understanding of both new construction and existing home markets; she provided invaluable insight that we wouldn't have had on our own. She made a long-distance move feel easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a Realtor who truly knows the Florida landscape, call Crystal!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was very responsive from the start. Very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful with our next purchase. Crystal was very honest with what we needed to do to stage our house for pictures and showings. Follow up with potential buyers was quick. The whole process from start to finish Crystal was on top of it. Communication, honesty and very professional is what Crystal offers. We consider her now a good friend. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Crystal through her outstanding reviews online. My wife and I were looking for a retirement house in a Dell Webb community in Florida, beginning our search in Nocatee. Crystal spent 19 months with us, from the initial search to post-closing. After seeing communities and resale homes, we decided to build in Del Webb Nocatee, while living 5,000 miles and 6 time zones away. We relied on Crystal as she guided and helped us through every step of the process: home style selection, lot selection, price negotiations, upgrade selection, design, construction monitoring, closing, watching our house post-closing, and easing our transition to Florida. She is smart, knowledgeable and experienced, and I trusted her judgment. I especially respected that whenever she disagreed with us, she let us know it, although it did not happen often. I highly recommend Crystal.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy we chose to work with Crystal for the sale of our home. Crystal excels in all the criteria for an effective and reliable real estate agent. She is very experienced with real estate in this area, she has a network of great professionals that you will need (photographers, stagers, etc.) for the process, and she knows the steps that are needed to efficiently market and sell a home using what works best nowadays. She provided confidence during what was a stressful time for us. She explained contracts and paperwork in an orderly, understandable way. She always gave honest advice, which helped us to make important decisions. We strongly recommend her.

She expertly negotiated price and was able to get the seller to replace a window that had a problem. This is just one of many little things she helped with. She always goes above and beyond and is always one step ahead. Highly recommend.

The marketing tools she uses are top notch and brought in several buyers from out of state. ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is very knowledgable, confident, personable, available, and trustworthy. She is really good at what she does. She got me well over asking price on my sale, but that's not the whole story. I decided not to go forward with the build of a home I had planned on, due to multiple reasons, and instead rent for a while. Instead of pressuring me into continuing with the build, or purchasing a different home, she was very understanding, AND initiated negotiations with the builder to get my earnest money deposit back! I ended up getting my full deposit back from the builder. This was something that took time, and something she did not have to do. I will definitely work with Crystal again when I decide to buy again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is the absolute best! She assisted us with purchasing a new construction home while we were out of town. She offered great advice and knowledgeable insight. ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is absolutely the best! She worked with us from the very beginning from finding the perfect home to closing on the house of our dreams. After weighing ALL our options, we decided to build a new home and couldn't have done it without Crystal's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Her patience and communication throughout the entire process (over 1 year) was excellent. We would have made so many costly mistakes if she weren't by our side from beginning to end and we aren't even new to real estate! Highly recommend Crystal as your real estate agent. ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is the absolute best! She moved heaven and earth for our family. We werent sure what we wanted, at first, and she was so patient with us. Once we decided we were ready she moved lightning fast and our house was listed with professional photos in two days! We had an offer four days later and were able to make an offer on our forever home. Crystal worked both deals for us and was able to schedule our closing dates for two months later when our new home would be ready. Over the course of the next two months, we were in constant contact and she kept everything on track! There were many instances when she went above and beyond what a realtor should be responsible for handling. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for help selling or buying their home. Crystal and her team are true gems, and I am forever grateful to have found her!

ZillowVERIFIED Before I go into detail let me just say that our family was extremely blessed to have found Crystal to guide us along our new journey. Although it is recent it already feels like one of those moments in life that you look back on and realize how extremely lucky you were. For context we sold our house in NY in early March 2020 a week before COVID hit NY hard. At that time we were concentrating most of our efforts on Long Island, NY. Real Estate in NY was suspended a week after so we were in a holding pattern. One day during the pandemic in May, after weighing our options, we made up our minds and completely changed plans and went all-in to leave NY and look for a home in NC and FL. It was exciting and frightening at the same time especially since we have not visited any of the places we researched online. So the day after our son's last day of "virtual school" our family left NY with two cars packed with stuff and a dog. We had no real idea where we would end up. We visited homes in NC for a few days that we really liked and then made our way to St John's County, FL. I found Crystal on Google maps and made an appointment when we were in NY. We were focused on Nocatee, FL but were open to other parts of the county. Since we have never been to Nocatee, Crystal had us meet her at the Welcome Center. We had a presentation performed by the town representative and by Crystal and it was a perfect 30,000 foot view of the town and the communities. It also provided the perfect context we needed when Crystal took us to homes to view the entire day. Crystal's plan for us was to show us all the areas and houses available in our wheelhouse for the entire week. We wound up loving a house and area in Nocatee early in our search and Crystal assisted in the offer process. Typically in NY when the offer is accepted and you are in contract the real estate agent takes a back seat. The opposite happened here. After we went in contract Crystal showed us how much she cares for her clients. To say Crystal went the extra mile is an under-statement. Our family is unfamiliar with Florida so had a ton of questions with the closing, inspections, termite bonds, CDD, HOA, you name it. I can't remember how many times I texted or emailed Crystal about some question we had. And each time not only was Crystal super-responsive but she provided detail with follow-up. With all the moving parts of closing on the house of your dreams you really need someone who is super pro-active that can set expectations on every part of the process and Crystal lined up everything perfectly. We can't say enough. Thank you Crystal.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was great! She listened to our needs and desires and found us the perfect location that checked all the boxes! We had actually returned to our house in CT before "the one" came on the market but with Crystal's help we were able to view it via FaceTime and she actively handled the inspection, negotiations and closing remotely for us! She was very attentive and responsive. Because this all occurred during the peak of the Coronavirus, we did not actually step foot inside it until after we owned it! She really found us exactly what we were looking for!!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was my realtor for the purchase of a second home. I have to say she was ON POINT!!! This was a competitive listing and she got us in less than 24 hours after being listed and got our offer submitted as soon as we made the decision to move forward (we were excepted!) She got all documents to us extremely quick and when we ran into a hiccup with the mortgage company she grabbed the reins and got them in line. Overall we closed in 34 days which was AWESOME and I am so grateful that we had Crystal as our agent. By far the best realtor we have worked with and she will by "my person" for all other mortgages in the future!

We were relocating from the northeast and despite the long distance, Crystal was terrific about maintaining communication and being available for our visits to see properties. She is knowledgeable, patient and a wonderful advocate for her client...asking all the right questions and getting all the important answers. As if that were not enough, she has a fun personality, makes great restaurant recommendations and is a great support throughout a sometimes stressful time! A consummate professional!

We never felt pressured and always felt she had our best interest in mind. All throughout the steps of selling (discussing offers, the home inspection , and closing) Crystal was always very responsive to any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable of the process . We received multiple offers on our house the day it went on the market and were able to close quickly in three weeks. We were unable to be at the closing due to moving out of town and felt completely comfortable and confident having Crystal handle on our behalf. We saw many houses together and she was always available to meet, she got us in to see homes the same day and she was always available to discuss my plans. I bought the exact town home I wanted with her expert help. She knows Jacksonville, the prices, and is great with technology. She set me up with access to receive emails and utilize tools to search for homes. During the search and buying process she was on top of all the details, and made the process easy. She was honest with all information, was hardworking, and what else can I say, when my mother moves to Jacksonville, I'm having Crystal help her.
