This is for Alicia Melendez, Karen Gomez and Hailey Fitzgerald.When I first decided to go on this journey of buying a house I was super nervous with me being a first time home owner. I had lost my previous place to the freeze. I had been given a million and one recommendations, but I immediately thought of Karen Gomez seeing how we worked together years before and we had talked about buying houses a time or two before. So I called her up and and after chatting for a while I made the decision to take the plunge and thats when she introduced me to Alicia Melendez. She was everything I needed and more. Between Alicia and Karen they answered all of my million and one questions, kept me sane when I wanted to beat my head against the wall and super supportive when I felt like giving up! These ladies are rockstars! I wouldnt have gotten through this process without them! And I also dont wanna forget Hailey Fitzgerald for handling all the appointments, paperwork and everything extra in between in the background. I would recommend these ladies a hundred times over for making this process as painless as they possibly could! They are amazing!!!

Applause for the Icon team!! On October 8th I reached out to Scott Laird and told him about this home that seemed to check all the boxes for us. We were not actively looking and our home was not on the market. I asked him if it would even be possible to see this home and submit offer without our home being listed/sold? He said "anything is possible". We viewed the home and loved it. Scott talked with agent about accepting a contingency (in this market). Scott assured him that he would have our home sold and we would be in that home by end of November. The Icon team sold our home in 4 days after listing. It is November 19th and we just closed on our new home!Thank you Scott, Desirae, Tracey,Taylor and the entire team for being with us making everything seem so easy.
