We hired The Hudes team to sell our condo in early 2026. They provided incredible service from start to finish. There are so many things that they generously offered to help us with, such as visiting Floor & Decor to help us choose new floors and locking/unlocking the house for construction crews while we were away. I really appreciated that they never told us what to do, but instead took the time to teach us the market & listing process. Because they helped us understand the pros and cons behind each choice, we were able to drive a lot of the decisions. Ultimately they turned around the house in record time. We did renovations, put the home on the market, and closed all within a couple months. We sold above asking price, and set a record in our neighborhood.
