We were incredibly fortunate to have been matched up with Sonya as our buyer's agent. She's a star!We were doing our house-hunting from all the way across the country, but with Sonya as our eyes and ears, we felt like we knew the places we saw almost as well as if we'd been there in person. Sonya arranged video tours for us and went out of her way to make sure we had detailed photos of every small nuance we were interested in at each property.It's so refreshing to be able to put a complicated set of details and puzzle pieces in the hands of a professional over 2700 miles away and to find that every one of those details were not only followed up on but that the response time was almost immediate every time.She has amazing attention to detail and great communication skills; she's honest and no-nonsense while also being both kind and funny. We cannot say enough positive things about Sonya!!! We were making a move from NJ to The Sea Islands of S.C. to our forever home. From our first experience emailing, then speaking on the phone, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Because of Covid-19, it wasnt easy to travel, but we did find a window to do so at the end of May. Sonya was able to give us a detailed tour of the Beaufort area, including giving us some local secrets & information. She picked out the best properties based on her getting to know us & actually the 1st property we toured was like a dream. We even spoke to clients of hers who moved to the island we had chosen to really get an in-depth look at things!! Sonya wanted us to know everything so we could feel comfortable. She always answered our texts, calls or emails, always. From supporting us during our renovation up north, to putting our home on the market while we simultaneously put an offer on the home in S.C. she was a source of constant support!! She was on a family vacation 4th of July & took time morning, noon & night to get our negotiating done!!! We were able to also get recommendations on everything we could possibly need (inspections, stores, services, our utilities). She did a superb job of making sure we got everything on our ask list agreed to by the sellers as far as our home inspection...that in itself was spectacular & shows you her knowledge, relationship building & networking skills as well! We could go on & on, but having Sonya on our side & working with her on the biggest transition & purchase of our life, was like having your most trusted family member next to you. Thank you Sonya for helping us find paradise & our forever home!!!
