The Hannan Team at REAL

I had the pleasure of working with Eileen throughout the process of purchasing my home, and I couldnt be more grateful for her support. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of our needs. She took the time to listen carefully and consistently guided us toward the best possible options, always keeping our priorities in mind. What truly stood out was her dedication and responsivenessaEUR"no matter how many questions we had, she was always there to provide clear and thoughtful guidance. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, what could have been a stressful experience became a smooth and positive journey. I highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. She truly goes above and beyond to help her clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

William did an outstanding job from start to finish of my home buying. He was very accommodating, ready to show me any home that I expressed interest in. He is a wealth of knowledge about realty as well as the intricate workings of a home. He is an amazing realtor and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is either considering buying or selling! I have already spoken with William about selling my current home. I plan to list in the next several weeks. I'm looking forward to working with William again.

Aja went above and beyond in this home buying experience. Her knowledge of Rochester real estate is impressive. She really made us feel like a team. Even including my children in the process. She advocated for us. Made sure we knew what we were allowed to ask for. She was informative but always made sure it was our decision. She made sure we got all we wanted. Now we have a beautiful new home that we have always wanted. I would highly recommend Aja. We are so lucky to have found her.

I will forever be thankful that we accidentally snagged William (Billy) Stapleton as our agent! He made the stress of home buying practically nonexistent with his extensive knowledge and thorough approach. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful She is great. She did everything to get me all set in my new home and sold my previous home in record time with great results. She is wonderful to work with. On time and is very informed. I could not ask for a better person to help me through this process. If I ever move again then Eileen will be the first person I call. I know she will show up for me and take care of all that needs to be taken care of. I never had to worry. She is always there to help and answer questions. If you need someone to help you through this process, she is the one to call. Her whole team is the best. They work well with you and give you the best advice to go ahead with your project.
