Mr. HANNAN was the most experienced, knowledgeable, and considerate of our wants and needs. When ever we would call requesting info on a particular residence, he would return our call within a very reasonable time. His attention to detail in showings was exemplary. He would take calls at all hours (within reason). When making the final bid(s) his knowledge of the laws and regulations were outstanding. If anyone is looking for an excellent, knowledgeable, considerate realtor, Mr. HANNAN and his team should be your next call! We have searched for a home for about 6 months and Andrew helped us every step of the way! He was almost always available on the weekends to go see 5-8 houses every weekend since July. After viewing 60+ houses, we finally found one. Andrew was very resourceful when it came to the closing process. He had plenty of knowledge on homes and the local area, provided references to people who could help us, and answered any question we had within minutes. Overall, we highly recommend him. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and provided a fun experience. He even came to the closing to wish us good luck with the future!
