The plan is always going to have 6 parts, or stages, to get you from where you are to where you want to be. After the important stuff is established, that's where our client's have shared that our collective expertise in leading and navigating through this ever-changing marketplace is a skill that is simply non-negotiable. While the founders of the GreenHouse Group's collective partners have been practicing Real Estate since 2002, the evolution wasn't complete until 2006. Its common for people to ask us, "What's in the name?" The genesis of the 'GreenHouse' came from a familiar friend in Real Estate, author Robert Kiyosaki. In his book Cash Flow Quadrant, he tells the story of how he accumulated his fortune while applying the same formula in real life that he used to beat his dad and siblings at the game of Monopoly: "Four Green Houses and a Red Hotel." The beauty of that simplicity resonated with us in that wealth building needn't be any more complicated than that game-like strategy.
