Debbie was a pleasure to work with. She's very familiar with not only the city Golden, but also Jefferson County as a whole. We had the opportunity to work with her on the sale of our Golden home, and the purchase of our new mountain home in Evergreen. Debbie was always looking out for our best interests, and she gave us so much great advice along the way. We bought in a more rural area, and her knowledge about well water, septic, and propane helped us out a great deal. Her network of inspectors, house cleaners, and other service providers was very valuable as well. She's a wonderful person--very honest, friendly and warm, which is just icing on the cake. We would recommend Debbie to anyone looking to buy or sell. I hope we never need to move from our new mountain dreamland, but if we do, we'll be calling Debbie first!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed at the daunting process involved with buying a home.
