I purchased my home thru Ryan and he was representing the seller as well. Dual agency or whatever they call it can be tricky, and Ryan was always very upfront and ethical regarding walking that line. In addition, he was helpful as far as many things unique to our area as we were moving from an hour outside of Des Moines so that was helpful. Good communicator, and sent timely reminders so that I provided on my end what was needed so we could have the pretty prompt closing that we were after. Ultimately, we got to spend Christmas in the new house, and I will absolutely use Ryan in the future when its time to start looking at housing for my grown children!

Ryan is Awesome! Red carpet, or solid GOLD carpet all the way. After coming from Phoenix, where we had a lot of bad service experiences, Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Indeed, Ryan was on top of everything. He personally went out to properties and did facetime with us, as we viewed properties alongside since we were still in Phoenix. Moreover, he is also extremely knowledgeable. He knew almost as much as inspectors do, and was quick to point things out to us. We started out wanting to live in a Beaverdale Brick, and then changed our preferences several times, before landing in NW Urbandale, which we absolutely love.
